Our refund policy covers two separate product types:
If you are unhappy with your product, or no longer want it, you can return it to us for a full refund as long as:
- the item is returned within 14 days of receipt
- the item is unopened, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know that you wish to cancel your order and return the product. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage and if possible, in the original packaging in which the item was received. This will ensure the product is received safely with us.
Please note that you will have to bear the cost of returning the product. Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it.
PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
Anything that has been made to your specific requirements or is personalised can't be resold due to a bespoke element.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us and we will do our very best to remedy the situation for you!
To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.
Should you wish to cancel you order, you will need to do so within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a 100% refund.
Once a digital proof has been designed and sent, you will only receive a 50% refund of your payment.
